“After a break of nearly two years from the fashion industry, Yiannis Laskos makes a dynamic return and launches his own fashion brand. The label’s name is “Laskos” and debuts with a Wedding Capsule Collection for 2019 titled “Back to Blanche”, which consists of only total white looks. The designer draws inspiration from the beauty of the Greek countryside and creates garments which combine bohemian aesthetics and romanticism with a unique and fresh perspective. Cotton macrame laces, bonderie anglaise, handwoven knits, tassels and translucent crystals are only some of the luxury materials used to create the pieces in the collection. “Back to Blanche” is an ode to eroticism, the simplicity of the Greek summers and the modern woman.”
